To perform Cost Recoveries is easy, and it is usually done after the
Payroll execution, because Payroll Costs feed into Man Recoveries, which
feed into Workshop Recoveries and which in turn feed into Machine Recoveries.
A better understanding is gained by viewing the presentation for 'Physicals
and Cost Recovery system'.

We will only perform Cost Recoveries if we use this as the basis for
Physicals Costs. The other method would be Standard Costing, and then we do
not perform these Recoveries. Man Recoveries are always performed first
among the Physicals, after the Payroll has been performed, and we can just
dbl-click the Month for which to perform.
