Attendance Codes are used with Man Attendance records and are also used by
the Payroll, where a number of Pay Codes are dependent on Attendance Codes.

By default, the system will already have some Attendance Codes, and we may
define more of them, or even delete the system codes and create new ones.
It is important to use short codes.

For each code, we should indicate whether in a statistical context, it is a
paid type and whether it is a leave type of code. The Payroll has it's own
rules with Attendance Codes and will not be affected by the flags we set
here for Paid and / or Leave.
