Before we can Generate the 1st Accounts: -

We need some Flags
We need at least 1 GL Account

Generate Accounts (open new Accounts): -
Department Set
Activity Set
Cost Centre Set

Remove Accounts: -
Remove any qualifying Accounts 

Modify Account Flags: -
Select Flag, Select Accounts

Perform File Maintenance: -
Select GL Accounts to do FM
GL Master
Report Flag Master options

Apply Cost Centres and Flags: -
Insert Auto Flags
Update Auto Activity
Apply CC Flags to Chart
List CC Activity Status
List CC Flags

Apply Lookup Names: -
Always generate before leaving ...

Apply Department Flags: -
Already done when applying CC Flags

Install Flags: -
Principles of Imports / Uploads
Install Basic Flags
Upload / Import Custom Flags
Select and Install System Flags

Switch Ledger: -
Working with 1 Ledger at a time, but we can switch
